What are the different logo types that you will receive from me?
Primary Logo - The primary logo should be used most frequently, whenever space allows. Your go-to!
Seconday Logo - This is the logo you’ll use when the primary logo is too big or just doesn’t feel or look quite right. If your primary logo is horizontal, maybe your secondary logo is intentionally horizontal. This logo is used on more of an as-needed basis.
This is your back-up!
Submarks (2) - These marks are usually more of an icon/symbol/monogram/brand element. These can be used in situations where your brand name already appears, or to add a fun and visually interesting element that is identifiable as your brand.
Receiving all of these logos will provide you with a brand identity that is flexible depending upon the situation and your needs. Worried you won’t understand where to use each one? That is where the brand guidelines that I send along with your files will come into play. The guidelines will establish and explain the hierarchy of your logos and when and how to use them.
Do you need your own fresh logos? I currently have availability for a June design client.
